Montur has been operating since 2019 and now with a revised service understanding in these post-covid times, under CLEIRAS d.o.o. , will continue to operate with the same name “montur” to provide private transfer and car rental services to travelers visiting Montenegro and landing in Tirana Airport in Albania.
